What does it cost the property?

Who handles maintenance and repairs?

We do. 100%. Our team monitors the lockers remotely and dispatches maintenance within 24 hours of any reported issue.

What if a resident has a complaint?

All customer support goes directly to us. Your leasing office is never involved. We have a dedicated support line and our Missing Sock Guarantee covers any lost items.

How much space do the lockers require?

A standard 15-door locker bank requires approximately 6 feet of wall space and 3 feet of depth. We can customize configurations for any lobby size.

Can we terminate the agreement?

Yes. We offer flexible 12-month agreements with a 60-day notice period for termination. We want to earn your continued partnership, not lock you in.
